SIGAI Student
Purpose
The purpose of the IVA 2025 Conference Travel Grant Program is to encourage students and researchers to attend the conference in person by partially funding the travel expenses of those who would otherwise be unable to attend. Individuals from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.
In selecting applicants for travel support, preference will be given to those who meet one or more of the following criteria: – First-time applicants or students from underrepresented groups. – Applicants who are co-authors of accepted papers, including workshops, posters, DC. – Applicants without alternative sources of support.
The amount granted will depend on the applicant’s estimated expenses, our budget, and the number of applications. All grants will be awarded to applicants who plan to attend in person.

Applicants have to apply by July 22nd by sending the application template to the general chairs.

Artists Travel Grant
Purpose
The purpose of the IVA 2025 Artist Travel Grant Program is to encourage artists to attend the conference in person by (partially) funding their expenses for attending the conference. This includes traveling costs and the registration fee.
The amount will depend on the applicant’s estimated expenses, our budget, and the number of applications.
