The purpose of the IVA 2024 Conference Travel Grant Program is to encourage students and researchers to attend the conference in person by partially funding the travel expenses of those who would otherwise be unable to attend. Individuals from underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.

In selecting applicants for travel support, preference will be given to those who meet one or more of the following criteria: – First-time applicants or students from underrepresented groups. – Applicants who are co-authors of accepted papers, including workshops and posters. – Applicants without alternative sources of support.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate a serious interest in computer networking, as evidenced by coursework and project experience. The amount will depend on the applicant’s estimated expenses, our budget, and the number of applications. All grants will be awarded to applicants who plan to attend in person.
